Regarding Orders
O1. Is bank transfer the only method of payment?
Nope. We accept cash for orders below $5 upon meet up. We apologise that we cannot accept cash for orders greater than $5 because we need to get stocks from our supplier and we're actually paying on your behalf first. That means, if unfortunately you decide to change your mind, we have to bear the full cost. Hence, we only can accept cash for orders below $5. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

O2. I changed my mind. I don't want the items anymore.
Strictly no cancellation 1 week (and less) before meet up. This is because although items are mostly instocks, but we have to pay our suppliers in order to get the items. So we buy them on your behalf and if you all cancel, we have to bear the full price :(. Sorry for any inconvenience caused & thank you for your kind understanding! :)

O3. I really want the items but your meet up timings/venues are too inconvenient for me.
We try our very best to arrange a meet up timing and we regret if we really cannot reach an agreement.
Free meet-ups at Serangoon MRT/ Kovan MRT/ Ang Mo Kio MRT. Other areas on Red/ Purple line within 3 stops from above mentioned MRT stations additional $0.60, all other stations on Red/ Purple line additional $0.90.

All Green line would be an additional $1.20.

If you really really have no choice but to do postage, it will cost around $6- $15 which isn't that worth it. (We don't earn anything from this).

O4. Do you supply?

O5. I just realised that my items are not in good conditions. I want a refund.
We apologise, but there is strictly no refund. All items are to be checked during meet up. We try our best to ensure that you get the items in their best conditions, but we apologise if there are mild scratches etc.

O6. Your items are too expensive.
Our prices are one of the lowest compared to other blogshops. Strictly no negotiation. We apologise, but if you find it too expensive, please do not order from us.
